God's best!

Greetings dear friends!
It happened again during worship this morning, I mention it not to be critical but to express my feeling and acknowledgement of God's handiwork and grace.
The leader of the meeting was encouraging us as a people of God and then made the comment for us to be aware that; "God has not done His best yet!"
WOW! I cringed in my seat and also in my spirit, you know why?
I have never experienced anything of God that has not been His best for me, therefore where does the suggestion that God has not done His best yet come from, and we ought to pray that one day we will see His best prevailed upon us, His children.
I cannot agree! for there is nothing shoddy, nothing but excellence, nothing but awesomeness that comes from my God.
Have you ever experienced anything but goodness, and perfectness from God?
You only need to look at a sunset or if you are an early riser a sunrise to see something perfect. Look at a person who has come from the depths of sin and degradation and see the change in the life, this is something of God, best in grace and mercy, see again the uplifted Cross, the empty Tomb and you will see the best in Love and Salvation.
I thank God for I know the best of God in my life and daily I seek He may give me grace through His Holy Spirit to become more and more like Jesus who displayed the best gift of God to man.
Can you remember the saying that went like this,"Good, Better, Best, Never let it rest,'Til your good gets better and your better gets best!" (Author: Unknown)
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with Whom there is no variation or shadow of turning!" (That is to say God's best always) James 1: 17
